Technical Support Analyst – 1st Line

IT and its processes are constantly expanding in order to keep up with business demands.
The aim of this role is to provide front line support for the company’s internal IT comprising desktops, printers, cloud services and also provide support for users on the company’s property management system.
The role:
- Provide front line support and customer service for bespoke business software(s)
- Provide technical support for desktops, printers and the internal network
- Answer the phone and respond to customer enquires through a ticketing system
- Support and provide expert assistance on the property management system
- Provide general hardware support
- Troubleshoot and escalate system errors
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Provide support with data entry and IT administration tasks
- Liaise with third party providers to resolve software and hardware issues
- Create and maintain knowledgebase articles
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience supporting Windows desktops and internal networks
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work to deadlines
- Calm under pressure
- Keen eye for detail
- Very organised
