Our client is a well-established organisation with a national reputation based in Reading, seeking an ambitious and commercially aware Paid Media Executive to join their team. You will have some relevant industry experience managing budgets of no less than £0.5M per annum, ideally in the retail/ecommerce sector. You will be expected to drive ongoing profitable sales and be comfortable working within a commercially focused environment. This role will report to the Paid Media Manager.
About the role: Key areas of responsibility:
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Constantly optimize marketing activities over multiple channels to improve return on investment
- Ongoing CRO of landing pages and on-site product merchandising, working with the CRO manager
- SEO optimisation for assigned categories
- Provide actionable insights into campaigns, market, customers and competition
- Inform promotional calendar, content generation and buying decisions
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and efficiently scale new customers
Key experience you’ll have:
- Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics
- Feed management for Google and Microsoft Merchant Centres and Facebook Catalogue
- Retargeting
- CRO - A/B testing, Landing pages and UX improvements by device
- Engaging content writing
- Actionable and insightful reporting
- At least 2 years’ paid media experience
- Track record in exceeding acquisition target
- Google Ads certified in Search, Shopping and Display. Google Analytics Certification
