Excellent basic salary with commission on top.
Overall Purpose:
To be the key point of contact between the organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
You will be expected to reach your monthly sales target through a mixture of developing sales with our existing clients as well as developing new markets for our products.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily management of existing customers, with growth expectations
- Making calls to existing customers to understand their requirements and cross selling all aspects of the service available
- Business development call to potential new clients
- Database management and sales project management
- Build a pipeline of project-based deals
- Representing the organisation at trade shows, exhibitions and events to generate leads and build your network
- Face to face selling and customer visits across UK
- Take ownership of current non-managed accounts within the UK
- To carry out any other reasonable duty as may be required.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Able to demonstrate extensive account management experience in the field of IT or Technology
- Able to demonstrate experience of developing and delivering sales strategies that positively impact business development
- Experience of analysing sales data, proactive in anticipating needs and seeking opportunities to add value
- Responsive to requests; adept at flexing communication style to different individuals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of successfully building lasting relationships and influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of managing and developing client relationship management systems
- Strong verbal, written and presentational communication skills
- Excellent IT skills with experience of working with a CRM system or database
